Our love and passion for food is deeply rooted in the heart of our Owner, Chef L.A. With over 15 years of professional culinary experience, Chef L.A. is a self-taught Creole chef who discovered her culinary calling at the young age of 9. Her journey into the world of Creole cuisine began at 12 during a summer in New Orleans, where she developed a profound appreciation for French and Creole flavors. From starting in the culinary industry at 17 to assisting in launching various brands in Hampton Roads, Chef L.A.'s expertise is unmatched. In January 2020, she courageously embarked on her own venture to establish her catering business, driven by a desire to bring the flavors of New Orleans to a wider audience. Each meal she crafts is a labor of love, made entirely from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. We are dedicated to sharing our culinary passion with food enthusiasts and look forward to introducing our upcoming sauce and spice line, apparel, and other exciting ventures.
